Account Activation & Member Portal Setup
On the Member Portal login page, enter your email address and click “Continue.” Avoid using a saved or autofilled password to prevent automatic login. On the next page, click “Forgot Password.” You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link is only valid for a limited time.
Alternatively you can also reset your password in the Account section of the Member Portal once you have logged in.

To download the IDSeal Pro-Tec app, log in to your Member Portal and select Device in the top menu. Then scroll to the "Download the App" section to access the appropriate download link for your device.
For Windows and Mac computers: After the download is complete, locate the IDSeal Pro-Tec installation file and open it. This will initiate the installation. Then, click the “Install” button and wait for the installation process to finish. Once completed, enter your license key to successfully install IDSeal Pro-Tec on your computer.
For Apple mobile devices: Use the email that you used to register with IDSeal as your log-in email and enter your Pro-Tec license key (including dashes) as your password.
For Android mobile devices: Enter your Pro-Tec license key to activate the app on your phone once installed.
